Updated Area of Habitat models to map global biodiversity of terrestrial mammals and birds

Fellow Maria Lumbierres did a presentation entitled Updated Area of Habitat models to map global biodiversity of terrestrial mammals and birds on 6th July 2020 during the online GeoBon Conference. Maria presented a combination of hers and Prabhat‘s work  explaining how they developed a novel data-driven crosswalk between the IUCN Red List Habitats Classification Scheme and the Copernicus Global Land Service Land cover, using a logistic regression model.
