Congratulations to Inspire4Nature fellow Maria Lumbierres, who was awarded today a Doctoral degree by Sapienza Università di Roma, for her thesis Where will future Key Biodiversity Areas be identified? A modelling approach to focus efforts. Following a public presentation by videoconference, the degree was awarded with the distinction “outstanding cum laude“.
This project was a collaboration between the Sapienza Università di Roma (supervisors: Carlo Rondinini and Moreno Di Marco) and BirdLife International (Paul Donald).
